My wife and I moved from the Bay Area in California to Northeast Ohio in 1997 to purchase a home and raise our family. Fortunately, in 1997 a property came up for sale in Harpersfield Township with 5 acres and we were fortunate enough to secure the purchase. I talked with the realtor who sold us our house and I said to myself I think I would like to become a realtor and help people buy/sell their homes. I received my license in 2000 and went to work at Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty in Geneva (now Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty).
