More About Me
My wife and I moved from the Bay Area in California to Northeast Ohio in 1997 to purchase a home and raise our family. Fortunately, in 1997 a property came up for sale in Harpersfield Township with 5 acres and we were fortunate enough to secure the purchase. I talked with the realtor who sold us our house and I said to myself I think I would like to become a realtor and help people buy/sell their homes. I received my license in 2000 and went to work at Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty in Geneva (now Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty). I take pride in doing what is right for my client and not just making a sale. My philosophy is that if I would not buy a property myself, why would I encourage or help my client to buy it unless it's the right home for them. We have lived in Harpersfield (south of Geneva) for 27 years and I have sold numerous properties in my neighborhood over the years. I primarily service Ashtabula & Lake Counties and occasionally for family and/or close acquaintances I venture out to other Counties in Northeast Ohio. My wife and I like to visit the dozens of wineries within the Harpersfield area for dinner and wine tasting. We also like to visit the Geneva-on-the-Lake area. I like to golf and have Hemlock Springs Golf Course within a .5 mile from my home. Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty Companies are a close-knit family of real estate companies throughout Ohio, Michigan and Florida. CBSR keeps its agents informed of the ever-changing real estate laws and market changes as well as the newest technology to keep their agents up to date. If you're looking for an agent who will not pressure you into just buying something, you should consider giving me a call. I will look out for your best interests in making one of the biggest decisions of your life.
